Okay so...
...I have to admit. I'm not doing so well. I've only dieted successfully one day since Saturday. That was Monday. Otherwise...it's been a mess. I don't think I've pigged out, like usual. I go till maybe five or six P.M, then I break the diet. I don't even know if anyone reads this particular blog, but if so...I could use some encouragement....

I read, and I'm in the same boat. I feel like I do well most of the day and then by evening I'm so exhausted that if anything is going on I just lose it completely. Don't give up! I've been going for 3 1/2 months and am down almost 50 pounds so far. If you need any hints, drop me an email. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm dieting right now too, and it's hard, no doubt about it. But good luck! You've done it before, right? So you know you can do it again. We're all pulling for you. =)
ReplyDeleteSince 5-6 pm is your weak time, is there an activity you could do to keep your self busy (like exercise, reading, etc?) Or are certain veggies allowed on your diet that you can snack on during that time?
